      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Guys,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an issue in some cisco phones that are established the call and I can't hear the other side and there is not ringing tone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Check the traffic for the direction of silence audio in case any issues&lt;BR /&gt;with routing, natting, or blocking ACLs. There might be a miss configured&lt;BR /&gt;rule causing this&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;**** please remember to rate useful posts&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
