      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are using CUCM 10.5 and planing to migrate to Smart Licensing. Would there be any operational impact while performing the migration?       <description>&lt;P&gt;No you don't need to restart phones, no version has ever required to reset phones for licensing.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Licensing takes the info based on what is configured in the DB, doesn't even care if the phone is registered or not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
