    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an Alcatel OmiPCX Office and some Cisco 7821 phones. Following this guide&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://usecallmanager.nz/sepmac-cnf-xml.html" target="_self"&gt;http://usecallmanager.nz/sepmac-cnf-xml.html&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and this forum I've registered my phones.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Calls and direct tranfer works fine, but when I tranfer a call from A to B (warm transfer), after B confirm, I press again transfer and it works but &lt;STRONG&gt;A phone&lt;/STRONG&gt; freeze and it doesn't release the call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have to restart it otherwise it won't unlock.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've analyze SIP dump and in the last case &lt;STRONG&gt;A&lt;/STRONG&gt; doesn't receive &lt;STRONG&gt;REFER&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
