Hello Roger,

Thank you for your reply.

I changed to Enhanced but it don´t change anything.

My problem are not the incomming calls. My problem is, that when I make a new call, I have to select an line for this call (if I don´t want to use line 1). Then I make the call.

In CUCM 11.5 the next call was again from same line

In CUCM 12.5 the next call will take line 1 (primary line) - or I have to choose another line.

So I need to know if this works as designed or if I can change this, so that I have same as in 11.5

Dear Experts,

I have an 8851 on CUCM 11.5 with multiple lines.

Before upgrading from 11.5 it worked in this way : User was calling from line2 (or 3) - if making a new call phone used again this line 2 (or 3)

After upgrade it takes always line 1 - but the user still wants to use the line he was using before

In phone configuration on CUCM I set "Always use primary line" to non.

Should this work, that it "stay" on the line used before or should it always switch back to primary line????

Need information!

What do you have Line Mode set to under the device specific configuration?

This might be applicable to you if you have it set to Enhanced.
