&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try the below.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Create&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;a custom audio codec preference list with &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;G.711 u and a law (Qty. 4) to the top with G.711 64K and 56K being 1st and 2nd.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Maximum bitrate for video call to be 2048 kbps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Attach this reference list with a region or make a new one.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Create a device pool and assign this region and apply it on your intercom.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Device type should be Advanced and enable &lt;STRONG&gt;Retry Video Call as Audio&lt;/STRONG&gt; on the device.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;From enterprise&amp;nbsp;parameter disable&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;advertise g722&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Cannot see video on Cisco 8845</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Cisco 8845 videophone that receives calls from a 2N camera intercom. The videophone receives calls correctly but it is not possible to see the images from the intercom on the screen of the 8845. What can we do? From the CUCM I see that video is enabled on the phone, video is correctly visible on the intercom.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank You for the reply, I noticed that on another models of Cisco videophone we have configured a "SUBSCRIBE Calling Search Space". At the moment on the 8845 phone is not set this field, the issue can be related to this setting?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank You&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Giulia&lt;/P&gt;</description>
