Looking up all users associated with a device in CUCM

Hi everyone,

I know In User Management->End Users I am able to see all the devices that are associated with a specific user. Is there a way to look up all the users that are associated with a specific device?

There is probably a SQL query you can do for this, but here is how I would do it:

Bulk Administration > Import/Export and export "End Users"

Open the enduser.csv file in Excel and sort on "Device 1" and/or "Device 2" (if applicable). Or just search for the MAC.

This is the best way to do it for a one off. Much easier than trying to reinvent things with an AXL or SQL query.
