      <description>&lt;P&gt;At one of our stores, I received several brand new 8811's. One of them, goes straight to speaker. speaker button hangs up the call. I tried unscrewing the back and found nothing to clean, per video instructions. This is a brand new phone. I'm told to throw it away and buy a new one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
