CME IP phones Failing to Register

Good day Experts.

I have two sites seperated by a WAN that has an MPLS.

Site A has the CME and Site B is like a Branch with some Phones. The two have different Subnets.

1. Site A phones can register
2. Site B phones are stuck in registering mode
3. The DHCP option 150 is there and IP phones on both sides get the IP addresses and can reach CME
4. The router at site B has the ip-helper address of site B and CME is reacheable from site B. CME can also reach site B
5. When i check the CNF in flash for all the phones it contain the correct IP of the CME
6, When i do debug voip register events i can see the phones from site B attempting to register

Attached is the debug output, the IP addresses of Site A and Site B are in the Debug output txt files attached.

Please note this System worked for the past two years with no problems secondly i have By passed the firewall.

Hi Fredrick,

A few questions:

Are any of the phones at site B registered?
Are these all SIP phones or SCCP too?
I see you mentioned this worked for two years, were there any router replacements or changes?

Also, can you provide a show running-config on both routers?
