      <title>New Voicemail not being setup</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have Cisco unity 11.5.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For some odd reason, &lt;STRONG&gt;new&lt;/STRONG&gt; voicemail boxes get invalid pin message when accessing voicemail. I have setup several new phones and mailboxes for new staff the way I always have and now they are all getting the same message. I even had one new staff member try enough times that her voicemail is locked. When I log into Unity and unlock the account it does not work. It's as if all the changes being made in Unity are and being conveyed to the phones.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have deleted the voicemail box, and re-created it. I have also tried resetting the voicemail password. Invalid Entry.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
