CME FXO-Caller id Unknown Number

Dear all,

I have CME ver 12.8 on ISR4331 in which caller-id is not showing as stated in the debug attached it is failed to be received.
I did a test by plug the fxo line to analog phone and did a test call in which the caller id appears on the analog phone.
But when plugging the line in the FXO port 0/2/1 and do a plar opx to the IP phone extension 4016, it shows unknown.

Below debug test call is attached with voice port settings.
Trying also these are not worthy ;

-no battery-reversal
-caller-id alerting dsp-pre-allocate
-caller-id alerting line-reversal
-caller-id alerting ring

voice-port 0/2/1
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
no battery-reversal
cptone SA
timeouts call-disconnect 1
timeouts wait-release 1
connection plar opx immediate 4416
impedance complex2
caller-id enable

Hi,

Can you try the set up below.You may need both alerts for caller-id to work
Worth a try.

battery-reversal
caller-id enable
caller-id alerting line-reversal
caller-id alerting dsp-pre-allo
