      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need step by step to enable 988/9988 dial.&amp;nbsp; I have tried to copy the 911 route but when dialed, the phone is asking for auth code. PLEASE HELP/&amp;nbsp; My boss is getting impatient.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
