    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;of which systems / applications are you talking about? CUCM, Webex? Jabber, phone, webex app, ...?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are talking about personal contacts in Jabber, then maybe the calling number coming in into CUCM / Jabber is in a different format, compared to the stored number in the Jabber contact.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Saved Contact information not showing for incoming calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to save work contacts for users that have phones outside of our network of office phones. The contact feature works fine for outgoing calls but for incoming calls no contact information is present when a call comes through. It simply shows their phone number rather than an assigned contact name. I would like to know who is calling whenever I receive a call. Any advice?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
