Needing a report that shows location, name, and number of users

I am using CUCM 12.5.1 and I need to make a report that shows the device location, name, and phone number of the end users. Any help is greatly appreciated.

There is no native report for this. Users are not assigned to a logical location (Device Pool), individual endpoints are; a given user could have devices in multiple DPs.

Unless you want to look at third-party add-on products your best bet is to run a BAT export of phones and build some PivotTables in Excel. This will be a lot easier if the phones are properly associated to users; the end user will be directly referenced under the Owner User ID column.
