VG204 - Run TCL Script When Extension 1234 is Dialled

I have a single VG204, which is used for internal calls only using POTS phones.

I would like to have a dial-peer on extension 1234 that runs a TCL script when dialled from a POTS phone.

The TCL script should play an announcement and once the announcement is finished, route the call to extension 2222.

I believe that the high-level steps to accomplish this are as follows:
1. Create a TCL script and copy it to flash.
2. Create a WAV file in the correct format and copy to flash.
3. Create a service and point it to the TCL file in flash.
4. Create a dial-peer and point it to the service.

Please can someone share some TCL code that will work as I have explained?

Also, please can you share the steps for creating a service and pointing a dial-peer to the service?
