7945 not working after reset on CME 8.5

Hi, I have setup CME 8.5 on cisco 2851 router, 7911 is working fine , but when i tried to configure 7945 it does not work, it taked ip goes to find term45 but simply shows downloading but within 5 sec goes to blank screen .
