How can I make a picture I uploaded on cisco 8841 phones to be automatically displayed on all 8841 model phones?

I have done as mentioned below but I could not fix it (

Use Common Phone Profile "Background Image" and assign it to all Phone devices that you want to change their background PIC

I did but it didn't work
can you provide a screenshot?

I can change the phones one by one, but it doesn't change automatically in all phones.
i need to change automatically on all phones.

I just want to know where you upload the Image file!?

because the background image value in your screenshot looks not correct

So try to change the value from TFTP/imgage/syn_wallpaper_10.png to only syn_wallpaper_10.png

I have uploaded images to TFTP server.
I did as shown in the attached picture, but it doesn't work.

I think that I understand you,

you have uploaded the image to TFTP server which is separated from the call manger and the is wrong

you have to upload the image to CUCM server that the TFTP service is activated
