      <title>7861 round select button not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a 7861 running sip78xx.12-8-1-0101-482 on Call Manager 11.5.&amp;nbsp; Last week the round select button stopped responding.&amp;nbsp; I have updated the firmware and done a factory reset but it hasn't made a difference.&amp;nbsp; Have any of you had this issue and found a fix?&amp;nbsp; It isn't a very old phone and I hate to just replace it if I can fix it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
