hello,

I need support to understand if it is a bug or problem already identified with a possible solution, desktop phones of a particular model are not showing me the corporate directory service to make any queries, it simply does not show information once the directory is selected. service, it only shows the following on the screen:

"host not found"

and then:

"select service"

stage details:

ipphone:

cp7942

firmware:

SCCP42.9-4-2SR3-1S

CUCM version:

12.5.1.15900-66

hi, thanks for your answer.

What you suggested worked perfectly for me. but it is also important to take into account the following for this particular case, the 7942 handles a specific version of tls which is 1.0, it is necessary to verify that the cucm cluster must have enabled at least that version of tls accepted, with the following command:

"admin:show tls min-version"

server responds =

Configured TLS minimum version: 1.0
