      <description>&lt;P&gt;CUCM 12.5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ATA 191 is not registering with CUCM, when I checked the ATA web page, found that ATA has MPP firmware "11-1-0MSR3-9", is it possible to change the firmware to on-premise (CUCM), I have not found any documentation specific for ATA 191 regarding this concern.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, unlike IP Phones, the ATAs cannot be migrated, reach out to the vendor and discuss either returning it or swapping it for one with enterprise FW.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
