Hello guys,

I have 3 ephones with cisco cme and 1 fxo connected to pstn and I want to pervent 1 ephone from outgoing does anyone know the configuration for this ?

As @Shalid Kurunnan Chalil noted, you are looking for "Class of Restriction" or "COR". If you do a search on that you'll find lots of articles. Once you've given it a read, let us know if you have questions.
