      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are using CUCM, go to the Directory Number configuration page and look for the field "No Answer Ring Duration (seconds)". That field determines the number of seconds a DN will ring before the Ring No Answer behavior kicks in.&lt;/P&gt;
