    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had the same thing happen to some phones randomly as well. I am an admin and I don't see a setting for this. What we've done in the past is remove the device and add it back to the User's account. This resolved the issue but I would like to know exactly what's happening to cause the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi There,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Cisco IP 8861-3PCC registered to Webex Cloud Calling. The phone can make and received calls but I can't change any settings or even out the phone in DND. I am getting a prompt to sign in and its just asking for a password. I have no idea what the password is. I tried to do a factory reset but I have had no luck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any thoughts?3&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
