Registering Cisco 7821 3PCC to 3rd Party System

Hi all, anyone can help me about the registration my 3PCC phone into 3rd Party System?
CP-7821-3PCC

I've successfully convert from ent to 3PCC and now im struggling with registration. Can i know what options should i configured in my phone except this?

Shared Line Appearance > Shared User ID: This is the extension number, and should exactly match the extension number in my PBX.
Proxy and Registration > Proxy: This should be the IP address of my PBX server.
Proxy and Registration > Outbound Proxy: This should be the IP address of my PBX server.
Subscriber Information > User ID: Extension number
Subscriber Information > Auth ID/Password: This is the extension authorization details configured in my PBX.

You should ask the third-party provider for the details required to register the phones with the service provider.
