<title>topic CER PSAP number in IP Telephony and Phones</title>
    <link>https://community.cisco.com/t5/ip-telephony-and-phones/cer-psap-number/m-p/660077#M4687</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I have a overlapping dial plan problem. I have a CTI route point of 913XXXXXXXXXX and a PSAP of 913XXXXXXXXXX. This causes a problem with a route pattern. I would like to change this to 999XXXXXXXXXX at both the CTI route point and the PSAP. Please advise if this would cause issues with callback. Any help or comments will be appreciated. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
