      <title>7940 keeps power cycling</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It doesn't matter if the phone is on PoE or direct power, the phone keeps cycling the power. It get to the first light of the boot up sequence, then starts over again. Has anyone else experienced a phone like this? &lt;/P&gt;</description>
