CCM 5.0 local intaller : change language on IP phone display

Hi,

Does someone know how i can change the language on IP Phone display when using Call Manager 5.0 ? . With old version, normally it possible by installing the Cisco IP Telephony locale installer. But i cannot locate this "locale installer" on CCM 5.0 administration -->application-->plugins.
