    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can set CDR back to Username:admin and password:admin.  If you are using DC directory then login to dc directory admin and delete the groupCiscoAdminRepToolAdminGroupUsers.  This resets CDR back to default.  You may then need to restart ISS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
