&lt;P&gt;Do you have a Cisco cco account?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if so you can download this excellent tool and it will enable you to log onto the device &amp;nbsp;and then it will check any crash file in addition to the cli will report any anomalies of the software.&lt;/P&gt;
