Cisco 540 and issue with ZTP process

Dear Experts

I am doing installation of a NCS 540 for a Teleco part of the installation is loading IOS and Config file (sit specific) using Zero Touch Process (Using Oracle VM Virtual Box and Google chrome)

When the process is completed the attached message pops up

Some routers change the generic name to a site specific name and show running-config shows it supposed to be

While other routers still showing generic name (sysadmin-vm:0_RP0#) has not been change to site specific name and show-running doesn’t show what it supposed to be !!!!!

I am following a document prepared by Telco and I guess not sure its modified one.

But I what I figured just now as I did a test on a lab router after ZTP process completed and before powering off the router I issued the show running config command everything is fine.

Then I switched off and switched on and then issue the show running-config nothing there ,,,,,,means configuration got lose

ZTP process supposed to save the configuration into NVRAM!!!

While other routers that I had used previously I didn't lost their configuration after shutdown means ZTP process had saved their configuration into NVRAM,,,,I don't why !!!

Now question Is still copy running config to startup config valid command ?
