CALL MANAGER EXPRESS WITH THIRD PARTY PHONES CALL-FORWARD BLOCK

Hi Team

Anybody knwons if is possible to block call-fordward facilitie on CALL MANAGER EXPRESS?

I known that is posible in TELEFONY-SERVICE, but I need to block this facilitie under VOICE REGISTER GLOBAL. I dont see, some funtion that can block this facilitie. We would not that user can foward phones.
