Hi All,

We are running ipsec tunnel between two routers over serial link, the connection is fine and all of sudden we lost the ipsec tunnel. While checking the logs I got followin error "%CRYPTO-4-RECVD_PKT_NOT_IPSEC", to resotre our services we removed ipsec and its packets are flowing without encryption. Can any one throw some lights here to overcome this issue.

Regards,

Gopal

clear the peer session and rekey both sides.

There appears to have been something that the tunnel did not like and one side tore down the session. When this happens try clearing the peer and force both sides to rekey.

This should resync both sides and everyone should be happy again.

Rick
