ip address forwarding

in our org we have 6509 has the core switch but it as not gateway because our gateway to the internet is thru a proxy server. but we have another connection outside if we want to use static routes. But since static routes is for destination, i want a particular server to redirect it the another connection

so need any suggestions on it ..its literally forwarding an ip address or a host to another interface
