Hi,

Yes, NPM is a module and it is usually the main page most customers install.

Have a look:

Hi, Anyone can take a look at the commands and snmp-server enable traps snmp linkdown linkup. I do not know why it cannot work. Do you think the configuration on it is correct? Please see the below

MySW(config)#do sh run | i snmp
snmp-server community TSHOOT RO
snmp-server location Amsterdam
snmp-server contact info@networ.com
snmp-server enable traps snmp linkdown linkup
snmp-server host 10.0.0.123 version 2c TSHOOT

The switch and PC(Solarwinds installed) can ping each other. Ip address 10.0.0.123 is the PC ip address to connect to the switch. Solarwind can see the switch. But the issue is after several interfaces are shutdown in switch, why no any change can be seen on Solarwind side?

Hi,

Make sure that SolarWinds APM is monitoring all switch interfaces under the resource tab.

HTH

Thanks for your reply. I cannot find APM on NPM page. Is APM another component of Solarwinds which needs to be installed?
