For subnetting learning , first try CCNA book by W. Odom with some vidoes from youtube. if the book is not enough, Find videos that describe and show you subnetting that you understand and can do it.

there are several sites with practice subnetting questions and subnetting calculator to verify your answers.

Note that Cisco exams are still testing you on subnetting and assume that your know subnetting and can do it fast. Except CCIE exam where u can have calculator to use.
