We are a small school district K-12 We have a 16 site point to points network with a 7206 in the center and 2501s at the remotes, most of the sites have 1/2 of a T-1 (The other 1/2 is muxed voice)while 2 (a HS and the Maint and Ops) have a full T-1, we have only 2 frame relay T-1's going out to the internet. The problem is overbooking, During peak hours We would like to be able to dynamically diminish the availability of the High schools (net abusers) full T-1 to allow the elementaries and the middle schools to function without a noticable slow down. (we are going to get 10 meg off a new T-3 in a few months but need a temporary fix).

Any of you Gurus have an idea?

Often times complex configuration issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.

To utilize the resources at our Technical Assistance Center, please visit http://www.cisco.com/tac and to open a case with one of our TAC engineers, visit http://www.cisco.com/tac/caseopen

If anyone else in the forum has some advice, please reply to this thread.

Thank you for posting.
