When connecting the cables together no link will ever come up. I've set the speeds on both sides and tried auto speeds. Nothing seems to work. The only thing that does work is a QSA 10Gb adapter to the nexus, only 40Gb doesn't work. I do have a Dell R730 that will connect 40Gb to the nexus. Is there anything special that I should be doing?
