&lt;H4&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I'm trying to register at&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://cx.cisco.com/activate" target="_blank"&gt;http://cx.cisco.com/activate&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;but I'm facing the message:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/H4&gt;
&lt;H4 class="f8-base-padding-top text-weight-400" data-auto-id="sntc-account-denied-title"&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;"Account Creation Not Allowed -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;You do not have sufficient access to create a CX Cloud account. If you are using a public email domain, try using your company email to log in. Otherwise, contact your Cisco Account Manager"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;My company has active Success Track contract already associated to my CCO ID.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/H4&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for sharing.&amp;nbsp; The Self Activation for CX Cloud is only available for customers, not for Partners.&amp;nbsp; We realize Partners are also customers.&amp;nbsp; If you need a CX Cloud account for your Partner organization but functioning as a customer, please open a TAC Support Case and they will be happy to assist.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
