Hey! My apologies I was out of office this past week. I've listed instructions below on how you may open a TAC case.

Visit the Cisco Support website at http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/index.html
If you don't already have one, create a Cisco account.
Log in to your Cisco account.
Navigate to the "Support" section and select "Open a Case".
You may need to enter your service contract information if it's not already associated with your account.
Fill out the form with the details of your issue, providing as much information as possible to ensure prompt and accurate assistance.
Submit the form to create your TAC case.

is there anyway to make aux stuck to not change my lock from settings or to make calls not landed? to be ready without taking calls
