User Traffic issues

we have a switch stack the secondary switch is having issues like even though the link state is showing up connected devices are not responding or not able to access internet we tried to move everything to primary one there also same issue the management IP is not reachable we tried to reboot the switch and uplinks connections have light and there are no configuration changes . So anyone can help us on this please since the switches are EOL we cannot work with the cisco engineer and it is causing big business impact security systems and cameras are affected .
