IMPORTANT UPDATE

Dear Community Members,

We would like to inform you of an important update regarding the file-sharing process with our Meraki Support team.

Currently, the maximum file size for cases submitted via the Cisco Meraki Dashboard is 25 MB. For files that exceed this limit, Meraki Support will now be using Box as an alternative file-sharing solution.

About Box:

Box is a secure, cloud-based file-sharing platform that allows users to easily sync and share files with Cisco Meraki. We ensure that all customer data remains secure and fully protected during the file-sharing process.

A multipart zip file is pretty easy to create as well.
