      <title>Dashboard Verify button issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have the access to dashboard, using email, password, and then going to enter DUO 2FA code and Verify button to confirm the 2FA DUO code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It shows no error, I just can click button many times, no response. Not opening Dashboard page.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Tried Edge, Firefox, Chrome.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The same.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Tried cleaning cookies and cache.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried opening the page in Private, Incognito mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again, same.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Tried entering wrong 2FA code, just for testing, it shows error that the code is wrong.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So, again, the username and password, and finally code from 2FA DUO, &lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;all are correct&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;, still, &lt;U&gt;without any error message&lt;/U&gt;, cannot open dashboard page, stuck at the Verify button page.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What to do?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks. &lt;/P&gt;</description>

I had something similar a few weeks back which caught me off guard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A new customer had added me as an Admin to their Org which threw out my usual methods of logging in.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I resolved the issue by heading down the password recovery process &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, thanks for replies.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Not resolved yet. Unfortunately, when trying to access dashboard, sometimes stuck even at Sign In button (before Verify; 2FA).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, tried to call support, but did not have prepared all details, as the VM asks for multiple details during the process, before I may get live support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Already asked representatives (Meraki access related), at the company where I am working, as we do have Meraki devices for customers at our scope, they were not able to fix the issue. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There was attempt to resend the email related to the accesses, which has the:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;TABLE width="100%"&gt;&lt;TBODY&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please verify your email using the button below to complete addition to the organization.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;&lt;TABLE&gt;&lt;TBODY&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Verify email  &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;/TBODY&gt;&lt;/TABLE&gt;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;/TBODY&gt;&lt;/TABLE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Done two times. But, that did not resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again, button Verify is not responding, Sign In sometimes not responding as well. No error messages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
