I would love to see FIDO keys support for dashboard access as well as the usual OTP and SMS options. My org uses FIDO where possible and it would be nice if Meraki offer it as an option.

Thank you for sharing your interest in FIDO key support for Meraki dashboard access, in addition to the existing OTP and SMS options. I completely understand the value this could bring to organizations, particularly given your preference for FIDO where possible.

At this time, Meraki does not offer FIDO key support as an authentication option. However, I strongly encourage you to submit this suggestion via the ‘Give Your Feedback’ feature within the Meraki dashboard. This tool allows you to communicate your needs directly to our team, and your input could play a key role in shaping future enhancements to our security offerings.

You can do this if you use EntraID to do the Meraki Dashboard authentication ...
