      <title>Dashboard settings Backup</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone assist me. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to relocate my MX device from one location to another so the configuration and settings will same or it will  reset after relocate, and there is any method of take backup of dashboard  backup please explain.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so the MX will retain all its Config settings as they’re all kept in the cloud.  You’ll need to amend the MX WAN ip once in new location as I assume they’ll be a new WAN ISP.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Adding to what &lt;A href="https://community.meraki.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1352"&gt;@DarrenOC&lt;/A&gt; said, if the move needs to be done from one dashboard network to a new one, cloning the old network can speed this process up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the backup, no, sadly there is not backup in the dashboard. But third party solutions are available like the one from &lt;A href="https://community.meraki.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/340"&gt;@Philip D'Ath&lt;/A&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.ifm.net.nz/cookbooks/meraki-backup.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.ifm.net.nz/cookbooks/meraki-backup.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
