Hello

I would like to understand more about the RMA process of Meraki for equipment that are fully covered.

In case of a faulty equipment, does Cisco Meraki ship the replacement to the end customer free of charge to the end customer?

Is there a link which details this process?

Thanks

@riyad-issack Yes the replacement is shipped free of charge. As long as you ship the faulty unit back within the required timeframe you will be OK.

Just bear in mind you can only RMA hardware that has a current license.
