Posting this here for anyone who is studying post-2022 when the Cisco Meraki dashboard went through significant changes.

The correct answer would be c. The navigation path has updated. Network-wide > configure > group policies - this menu will allow you to create a systems manager sentry policy. See documentation: https://documentation.meraki.com/SM/Other_Topics/Configuring_Sentry_Policies
