CDP/LLDP Dashboard Information for Access Points

Hello, until recently, I have been able to see the CDP/LLDP information for each of my 53 Access Points. please see attached Picture- I used to be able to access a hyperlink just below the Ethernet 1 information.

Now I do not see anything about which Switch/Port my APs are connected to. I suspect this is browser related to our Google Admin and Chrome configuration, but I cannot confirm this.

I have had another person at a different organization log into our Dashboard and he can see the hyperlink to the Switch that the AP is connect to under the Access Point Summary Page. I cannot see it under Chrome or Edge from any location.

Are there some pointers someone could give me to configure my Browser to allow this information to be shown again? Could it be an add blocker or something causing this?

Although the incident shows as solved on status.meraki.net, it might well be related...

I can confirm there is a recent known issue related to the CDP/LLDP information missing that is currently open.

I'm certain whomever is working the case you opened will determine if your issue is aligned with the known issue.

More information:

This issue seems to only be impacting LLDP connected devices. I have two APs in our organization connected to Cisco 3560s and 3850s and both of those APs correctly display the hyperlink and associated information under the AP Summary Page.

My Aps that are connected to HP Switches do not have the hyperlink.
