      <description>&lt;P&gt;WW gave you the correct advice. If you bought it new reach out to either your reseller or Meraki support. If it was purchased second hand you need to contact the seller and ask them to unclaim the item from their dashboard. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is a &lt;A href="https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Inventory_and_Devices/Adding_and_Removing_Devices_from_Dashboard_Networks#Removing_Devices_from_Networks" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;KB&lt;/A&gt; that provides information on unclaiming the device. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
