If you have configured identity PSK, then it should be asking you for the PSK (the WiFi key).

Hi everyone, we have a problem regarding wireless printer. We have an SSID that only the printers and other wireless device can use this SSID. It is configured as network access - Identity PSK with RADIUS. However, upon connecting to this SSID it is requiring us password or network key. Is our network access correct for identity PSK with radius. Our head office said that there should not be network key or password upon connecting since each device is registered to our switch core.
Hoping for your help.

Thank you.

Sorry for this, we can now connect to the wireless printer with identity PSK with radius.

Thank you

Yes @Philip D'Ath it should have wifi key. We have mis information regarding identity PSK. They give me pass key right away I told them.
Thank you.
