ECMS2: BGP Use Cases

Hi,

I have a question about the Meraki BGP use cases in the ECMS2 course.

There is an use case "Active-Active Datacenters". The slide shows load balancing achived via AS-Path prepending. Where would the AS-Path prepending be applied? From the slide it seems it has to be applied on the Hubs. So the slide makes sense. But I do not see any option to configure it on a Meraki MX. The only BGP configuration is BGP enable/disable, AS number and the hold timer. It would be nice if someone could clarify it.

Best regards

Peter

Its done automatically based on the spoke primairy and secondary hub setting . The spoke subnets are send prepended when advertised at the secondary hub
