Yes, I understand your question, and what I'm saying is that the tool is not yet reliable; it needs improvements. 😉

Has anyone had a positive experience using Cisco AI Assistant? I've tested it with extremely basic prompts and haven't had much success. For example, I asked a question I already knew the answer to: "Do any switches have a power supply offline?"—using the exact phrasing from the dashboard alert, "Power Supply Offline." One of my switches had clearly lost a power supply, and I had received an alert confirming it. Yet the AI Assistant responded that all power supplies were online and functioning normally. If it can't handle such straightforward queries, it's hard to justify using it at all right now.

Just tested a bit, wasn´t too bad.

Like health status was correct

bound networks to templates and how many bound to each template. A bit bad was, AI Asstitant was not able to show the template name, only the template ID.

I've been using it to analyze WiFi performance. It is able to look at more data sources much quicker than I can.

I use a prompt like:
Analyze WiFi performance in the last 24 hours.

Other prompts I can see that I have used recently are:
How many of each type of device do I have in my organisation?

How many MR42s do I have?

How many people are using my WiFi network?

Just adding to this discussion, I got the AI assistant to summarise the events on a port where we had shut and no shut it. It advises that we check that 'meraki-user' is doing the right thing...
